The overarching objectives of the TravelChoice brand is to:
change travel habits – improve air quality – reduce congestion
This was achieved through a catalogue of initiatives including car share schemes, website, large scale advertising, print and face to face engagement. The core graphic references also led the branding of buses, cycle training, consultations and maps.
From its inception the visual identity was led by strong graphics using distinctive icons and overlaid colours. This graphic style was constantly repeated across all the media so that it became the lead brand used by all sections of East Sussex County Council where travel and transport were discussed.
