The challenge with this project was to develop a visual identity that refreshed what was already well recognised so that it not only reinforced the experience and capacity of the firm but also supported it going forward.
The project required the skills of a graphic designer able to work within the constraints of a pre existing palette to refresh the brand but introduce new design elements. The tone of language used on all material was intentionally straightforward to help explain the role of a managing agent, manage the expectations of leaseholders and set out the obligations of leaseholders in the blocks managed by the company.
Web development had to reflect the new identity, have easy navigation that considered the needs of all levels of technical ability and take account of features that would be required, but not yet introduced. Photography was especially commissioned to reflect a range of architectural styles from the company’s portfolio of managed properties. The result of this work is self evident.
All these talents were bought together, briefed and managed by myself.
